These terms apply when you use the Blockara Hosting website or purchase our Minecraft server hosting services. By using the site or services, you agree to them.

Services

Blockara provides Minecraft server hosting plans as described on our pricing page. Plan specifications, prices, and availability may change; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

Accounts and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. If a payment fails and is not resolved promptly, your server may be suspended.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attack other systems or networks, or violate Minecraft's own terms of use. We may suspend or terminate servers involved in such activity.

Uptime and data

We aim to keep servers online 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for keeping backups of your world and server data unless a plan explicitly includes managed backups.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time and your server will remain active until the end of the paid period. Contact us on Discord about refund requests; refunds are handled case by case within the limits of applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
